Job summary

Qualifications

• 14+ years in real estate investment, private equity real estate or development.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• At least 6 years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of raising third-party capital and structuring joint ventures with institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and hold, sell or recycle plans; track assets against underwritten returns.
• Direct underwriting and programming of new and existing projects, including build-to-rent.
• Originate and negotiate joint ventures, co-investments, stake sales and fund deals with institutional investors.
• Lead the underwriting, programming and portfolio reporting teams.
