Job summary
ALDAR in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior leader to oversee the D-Hold portfolio across its lifecycle, aligning development and investment teams to maximize returns.
You will lead third-party capital sales and manage relationships with institutional investors, ensuring governance, reporting and performance against underwritten targets.
The role requires extensive experience in real estate investment and leadership, with a hands-on approach to underwriting, programming and portfolio analysis.
Qualifications
- Expert financial modelling, underwriting and valuation.
- Strong capital markets and investor relations experience.
- Experience with portfolio construction and risk management.
- Executive-level negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Argus/Excel and BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the portfolio strategy and hold/sell/recycle plans for each asset, aligned to leadership priorities.
- Monitor portfolio performance against the underwritten case (IRR, NOI, occupancy) and implement corrective actions.
- Lead third-party capital transactions (JVs, co-investments, stake sales) and manage capital partner relationships.
