Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking a senior Commercial Assurance leader to independently review feasibility studies, business cases and investment propositions on the D-Sell portfolio. You will challenge assumptions and ensure investment choices are governance-compliant and financially robust.

With 14+ years in development finance or related fields, you will drive benchmarking, risk identification and continuous improvement, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver clear recommendations.

Qualificações

• Finance and commercial decision-making focus with rigorous financial modelling and benchmarking.
• Experience in feasibility studies, business cases and investment analysis.
• Strong communication and governance skills with ability to influence executive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Independently review feasibility studies, business cases and project strategies.
• Challenge commercial assumptions, financial models and investment propositions.
• Validate commercial robustness and investment readiness prior to Investment Committee approvals.
• Prepare independent commercial opinions to support executive decision-making.
• Assess major commercial changes, variation orders and scope changes.
• Support Gateway and Investment Committee governance processes.
• Provide scenario analysis and independent recommendations for strategic investment decisions.
• Maintain commercial benchmarks across developments and market sectors.
