Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced portfolio leader to oversee the D-Hold portfolio across its lifecycle, including underwriting, programming, analysis and reporting, ensuring held assets deliver or exceed underwritten returns.

You will lead third‑party capital sales (JVs, co‑investments, stake sales and fund deals) to recycle capital and fund the development pipeline, coordinating with Development and Investment teams to align decisions with portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Min. 14 years in real estate investment, private equity real estate or development.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of raising third-party capital and structuring JVs / co-investments with institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the D-Hold portfolio strategy and asset plans aligned to priorities.
• Monitor portfolio performance against underwritten cases and propose corrective actions.
• Establish portfolio construction guidelines covering sector, geography, risk and concentration.
• Direct underwriting of new and existing projects with consistent assumptions.
• Oversee programming and product-mix decisions to maximise asset value.
• Prepare investor materials and data rooms; negotiate term sheets and agreements.
• Lead governance: portfolio reviews and handover protocol from development to stabilised asset.
• Lead, coach and develop underwriting, programming and reporting teams.
