Qualifications

• Experience in DLP, handover, community management or project delivery.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management experience.
• UAE/GCC real estate or property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor DLP activities and defect rectification
• Coordinate inspections, snagging and closure of outstanding defects
• Follow up with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders
• Support property handover and ensure smooth transition into community operations
• Monitor service quality, timelines and compliance with agreed standards
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to DLP and community issues
• Support the resolution of resident/community concerns and operational issues
