Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Defects Liabilities Lead to oversee DLP activities for completed developments, performing site inspections and coordinating with contractors to rectify defects. You will engage with homeowners, manage expectations, and ensure timely, effective solutions while supporting post-handover operations.

The role focuses on technical assessment, collaboration with delivery and quality teams, and delivering a high standard of customer experience throughout the post-handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with defects liability and post-handover processes is preferred.
• Strong site assessment, problem solving, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities across completed developments.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to drive defect rectification and accountability.
• Conduct site inspections of residential units, common areas, and building assets.
• Collaborate with delivery, quality, and technical teams to resolve post-handover issues.
• Engage homeowners and residents, provide technical guidance and manage expectations.
• Support resolution of customer complaints with onsite assessments and timely solutions.
• Monitor defect trends and contractor performance; prepare actionable reports.
• Maintain high customer experience standards during the post-handover period.
