Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, installers, and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, product performance, pricing, and market trends.
• Follow up with distributors and customers on daily sales activities and pending orders.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution coverage, and market penetration.
• Research and identify potential distributors, dealers, retailers, and other business opportunities.
• Support negotiations and closing of new customer agreements.
• Monitor competitor launches, promotions, pricing, and market activities.
• Support sales team members in developing new accounts and growing existing customers.
• Follow up on sales action plans and ensure agreed activities are implemented.
• Support the planning and implementation of sales promotions, seasonal discounts, dealer incentives, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing teams regarding banners, merchandise, point-of-sale materials, and other promotional tools.
• Communicate with credit customers regarding accounts receivable.
• Collect monthly market reports from customers and share them with Business Planning.
