Couqley in Downtown Dubai (an Accor-branded venue) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence in a premium-casual setting.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, optimize reservations and guest profiling, and drive guest satisfaction while collaborating with management to maximize revenue and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large teams in restaurants and bars.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy environment.

Job Description

Reporting to Restaurant General Manager, you will be assisting in overseeing the daily operations of our award-winning restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence at all times.

• Place both guest and Heartist experience at the centre of every decision by leading through example, fostering an engaging, supportive and empowering work environment.
• Partner closely with the Management to develop and implement initiatives, promotions and incentives that enhance guest satisfaction, drive team engagement and maximize revenue.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant's reservation, booking and guest profiling systems to optimize guest experiences and commercial performance.
• Build strong collaboration between the Front of House and Back of House teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
• Proactively gather guest feedback, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to continuously elevate the dining experience.
• Drive service excellence by planning and delivering regular training sessions, coaching, performance feedback and daily briefings, ensuring all restaurant and bar team members consistently uphold brand standards.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team to achieve business objectives while creating a positive and high‑performing workplace culture.
