Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity for assigned departments and business divisions.
- Meet hiring managers to understand vacancies, workforce priorities, role requirements, and expected recruitment timelines.
- Develop practical sourcing strategies for specialist, operational, supervisory, and management positions.
- Prepare and publish accurate job advertisements across approved recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach.
- Review applications and shortlist candidates against approved selection criteria.
- Conduct structured screening calls and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and relevant assessment panels.
- Guide stakeholders on interview preparation, candidate evaluation, and fair selection practices.
- Collect interview feedback and maintain momentum throughout the decision‑making process.
- Manage candidate communication from initial contact through selection, rejection, or offer.
- Prepare salary proposals and offer documentation according to internal approval procedures.
- Coordinate reference checks, employment verification, and required pre‑employment documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure successful candidates receive clear joining instructions.
- Work with Human Resources, immigration, payroll, learning, and operational teams to resolve onboarding dependencies.
- Monitor open vacancies, recruitment stages, aging positions, offer acceptance, and joining progress.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking or Human Resources system.
- Produce recruitment reports, pipeline updates, vacancy summaries, and hiring performance data.
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with internal policies, service level agreements, and applicable employment standards.
- Build productive relationships with department leaders and provide regular progress updates.
- Partner with universities, recruitment agencies, professional associations, and other external talent sources.
- Maintain active candidate communities for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Monitor recruitment market conditions, candidate availability, salary expectations, and competitor activity.
- Recommend process improvements that increase hiring speed, candidate quality, and operational efficiency.
- Deliver a professional candidate experience through timely, respectful, and transparent communication.
- Support recruitment events, assessment days, career fairs, and high‑volume hiring campaigns.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives that strengthen the visibility of Atlantis Resorts as an employer.
- Protect candidate information and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance to recruiters, coordinators, or junior colleagues when required.
Ideal Profile
- Strong professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a high‑volume organization.
- Proven ability to manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Previous recruitment experience in Hospitality, tourism, retail, aviation, customer service, or another workforce‑intensive industry is advantageous.
- Confident conducting candidate screening and structured interviews.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions constructively.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies for diverse operational and professional roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and online sourcing platforms.
- Sound understanding of recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and candidate data protection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability with effective control of multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented when managing candidate records, approvals, offers, and onboarding documentation.
