AimGulf in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager – Business Development to spearhead growth across the UAE and beyond. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with designers, architects, hospitality clients, and developers, and drive revenue through high-impact strategies and partnerships.

The role requires 4-5 years in BD or sales within the home furnishings sector, a UAE-based footprint, and the ability to travel for key meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales within carpet, rug, flooring, or home furnishings.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with a good understanding of the local market.
• Established connections or ability to build relationships with interior designers, architects, hospitality clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE luxury carpet, rug and home furnishings market.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, design consultants, hospitality groups, real estate developers and corporate clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present product collections, and convert opportunities into business.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve BD targets.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
