Black & Grey HR in the UAE invites an ambitious Assistant Manager – Business Development to join a globally recognized luxury home furnishings brand. Based in Dubai, you will drive new business, build key client relationships, and expand the brand across the GCC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in business development or sales in carpet, rug, or home furnishings.
• Based in the UAE with understanding of local market.
• Ability to build relationships with designers, architects, hospitality clients, developers.
• Willingness to travel within UAE.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE luxury carpet, rug, and home furnishings market.
• Leverage industry and regional exposure to identify customers and growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, design consultants, hospitality groups, developers, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present product collections, and convert opportunities into business.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable carpet and rug solutions for various projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the UAE and GCC.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
• Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and market updates.
• Work with sales, retail, and project teams to ensure positive customer experience.
