Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value projects.
• Established network with luxury residential, HNWI, developers, consultants, and homeowners in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new high-end B2C residential interior design projects.
• Generate leads through network, referrals, and proactive business development.
• Convert opportunities by presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
• Own and track the sales pipeline, quotations, and follow-ups toward targets.
