Black & Grey HR is recruiting an Assistant Manager – Business Development for a globally recognized luxury home furnishings brand based in the UAE. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and expanding the brand’s footprint across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development or sales within carpet, rug, flooring, or home furnishings.
• Based in the UAE with solid knowledge of the local market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop accounts, negotiate, and convert prospects into business.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Established connections with interior designers, architects, hospitality clients, developers, and related stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE luxury carpet, rug, and home furnishings market.
• Leverage industry exposure to identify potential customers and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, design consultants, hospitality groups, and developers.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present collections, and convert opportunities into business.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with ongoing follow-ups and targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable carpet and rug solutions for projects.
• Represent the brand at industry events and client presentations.
• Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and market updates.
