Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in tech/telecom or construction & facility management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
