We are looking for an exceptional and commercially driven General Manager to lead a high-end, vibrant dining and nightlife destination in Dubai.

Combining premium dining, a festive atmosphere, live entertainment and late-night experiences, this unique concept requires a leader who understands both the sophistication of luxury hospitality and the energy of a high-profile nightlife venue.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire operation, ensuring outstanding food and beverage standards, exceptional guest experiences, seamless entertainment and event execution, and strong financial performance. From dinner service and VIP clientele to artist coordination, private events and late-night operations, the General Manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading the team through dinner service and late-night operations.
• Ensure seamless coordination between front of house, kitchen, bar, reservations and security teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, atmosphere, service delivery and brand positioning.
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests, high-profile clientele and regular customers.

Nightlife, Entertainment & Artist Management

• Oversee the entertainment experience, including artists, performers, DJs and special programming.
• Coordinate artist schedules, technical requirements, hospitality arrangements and performance timings with relevant teams.
• Ensure smooth transitions between dining, entertainment and late-night service.
• Work closely with entertainment, marketing and event teams to deliver distinctive experiences that drive demand and strengthen the venue's positioning.
• Ensure that all entertainment activities comply with applicable regulations and venue requirements.

Private Events & VIP Experiences

• Lead the operational planning and execution of private events, exclusive celebrations, VIP bookings and special occasions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to deliver flawless events from preparation through to closing.
• Ensure that bespoke guest requirements, event briefs and service expectations are executed to the highest standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through private dining, exclusive bookings and special event programming.
• Take full ownership of the venue's financial and operational performance.
• Drive revenue across restaurant dining, bar operations, nightlife, VIP experiences and private events.
• Monitor budgets, sales performance, average spend, labour costs, food and beverage costs and overall profitability.
• Develop and execute commercial initiatives to maximise revenue while protecting margins and guest experience.
• Analyse performance reports and implement action plans to achieve financial targets.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse, high-performing team across all operational departments.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for fluctuating business volumes, events and late-night operations.
• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health and safety requirements, licensing conditions and applicable regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within a luxury restaurant, premium nightlife venue or high-end dining and entertainment concept.
• Strong understanding of premium restaurant operations, food and beverage performance and luxury guest expectations.
• Demonstrated experience managing nightlife operations, live entertainment, artists, DJs or high-profile events.
• Proven track record in private events, VIP guest management and delivering bespoke hospitality experiences.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage a complex P&L and drive revenue and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing late-night operations, demanding service periods and a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Previous experience in Dubai or another leading international hospitality destination is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
