Human One Global is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join a prestigious ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai. Lead daily restaurant operations, delivering flawless, personalised guest experiences and inspiring the service team to achieve daily goals.

You will collaborate with culinary and beverage colleagues to uphold exceptional standards, drive revenue through smart upselling, and manage rosters, stock, and reporting with precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge with attention to detail.
• Calm and professional under pressure with passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
