Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Connected Asset Data Specialist – Regulatory Compliance to support enterprise regulatory compliance for engine, machine and power system products in the Middle East and Africa.

This role emphasizes data governance, regulatory landscape awareness, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have engineering or related degree, 4+ years in engineering/data/compliance, and strong communication to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or similar field.
• 4+ years of job-related experience in engineering, data science and compliance role.
• Experience with regulatory data and product data in heavy equipment context.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to tools and processes for regulatory compliance and data governance.
• Review product and application compliance with design teams.
• Monitor industry standards and regulatory requirements for data compliance.
• Develop and track compliance metrics and engage with industry associations.
• Represent the company externally in regulatory engagements and influence draft legislation.
