Job summary

Caterpillar in Dubai seeks a high-performing sales professional to manage key customer and dealer relationships across the AME region, supporting growth of Caterpillar's Oil & Gas power solutions business.

You will work closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to identify opportunities, provide commercial support, and drive successful business outcomes through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within industrial, energy, or related sectors.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is required; electric power industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of gensets, engines, and power systems for technical and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer and dealer relationships across the AME region to grow Caterpillar's Oil & Gas power solutions business.
• Consult with dealers and internal partners on sales and service support to corporate account customers.
• Inform customers about rates, shipping dates, delays, and required information.
• Engage with customers to influence specifications, upsell products/services, and meet needs.
