Caterpillar in Dubai seeks a senior sales professional to oversee and coordinate all sales and solution programs for a significant Marine client. You will directly impact customer development, retention, and dealer success, while collaborating with internal partners to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship management, value selling, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel within the EAME region up to 50% and a strong focus on customer outcomes and service

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent experience with 8 plus years of marine industry experience to gain recognition as a company expert.
• At least one international assignment or travel experience.
• Be able to mentor and coach others or persuade others on new methods of engines, applications, technology and distribution methods.
• Ability to travel frequently, mainly within the EAME region (up to 50% of work time).

Responsabilités

• Following organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements.
• Consult with dealers and internal business partners on sales and service support of product to corporate account customers.
• Designing processes for informing customer of rates, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
• Working directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services to current customers and ensure customers' needs are met.
