Job summary

Amazon Now is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance across engineering operations in the UAE, supporting scale and reliability of our growing infrastructure.

The role requires leading end-to-end compliance programs, coordinating with authorities, and guiding cross-functional teams to maintain robust regulatory documentation and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance program management experience
• Experience handling confidential information
• 5+ years of program or project management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering compliance throughout all project stages from initiation to operation.
• Develop and implement engineering compliance frameworks that align with regional regulatory requirements.
• Review technical drawings and engineering solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage continuous improvement in engineering compliance processes and controls.
• Provide expert guidance on technical compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities regarding technical compliance matters.
• Manage technical compliance audits and assessments in collaboration with internal cross functional business functions.
