Job summary

IFFCO Group is seeking an Area Development Manager for Chicken to lead the sales team and dominate the assigned area and category in the UAE. You will supervise distribution, visibility, and planogram compliance while driving plans and budgets to meet annual objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/management (MBA desirable) and 3–5 years in FMCG, with 1–3 years in UAE. Expect field leadership, Route management, and performance reviews across outlets.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar UAE FMCG role.
• Overall 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales.
• Bachelor degree in business or management; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the Sales AOP – Value and Volume for the specified area and category.
• Execute Sales plans and budgets to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives.
• Forecast monthly promo activity and ensure execution as per the plan.
• Monitor service levels and sales volume by route with each sales representative.
• Ensure distribution targets and correct visibility per planogram.
• Deliver monthly sales volume and returns targets as per AOP.
• Manage correct stock to service outlets per company standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Compile daily/monthly reports on sales achievements and competitor activities.
