Job summary

IFFCO Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the assigned sales team, area, and product portfolio, driving value and volume in line with annual objectives. You will plan and execute sales budgets, forecast promotions, and ensure optimal product visibility across outlets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years FMCG sales experience in the UAE, with 1–3 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's in business or management is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar role in the UAE, management experience.
• Overall 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned sales team, coverage area and products.
• Ensure effective supervision and management of all aspects of sales channel stream and area.
• Achieve the Sales AOP – Value and Volume for the specified area and category.
• Execute Sales plans and budgets to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives.
• Monthly forecasting of promo activity and ensure execution as per the plan.
• Review daily service levels and sales volume and return performance by route with each sales representative.
• Deliver monthly sales volume and returns target as per AOP.
• Ensure visibility and availability of products in outlets per planogram and share of shelf.
• Supervise wastage control for all routes and outlets under supervision.
• Coordinate collection/reconciliation from credit customers.
• Supervise a team of sales representatives and ensure distribution and display of products.
• Order correct volume and mix to service outlets per standards.
• Implement Planograms across outlets and categories.
• Conceptualize and execute brand activations and trade investments.
• Monitor POP implementation at store level and devise promotional strategies.
• Conduct Area-wise Quarterly Reviews with each customer.
• Maintain up-to-date route plans for all routes supervised.
• Ensure daily quantity/mix of saleable product to service outlets.
• Conduct a minimum of 2 market visits per salesmen monthly.
• Oversee promotions and campaigns and follow up on results.
• Generate daily and monthly reports on sales achievements and competitor activities.
