Accor in Dubai seeks a Cluster Wedding Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker to lead wedding and social event sales across the cluster. You will cultivate Arabic-speaking clients, planners, and partners, driving inquiries to confirmed bookings and maximizing revenue through tailored packages.

The role requires strong relationship-building, bilingual communication in Arabic and English, and a strategic approach to market development within the UAE and GCC. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hotel sales, wedding sales, catering sales, banqueting sales, or event management experience.
• Experience in the UAE hospitality market is strongly preferred.
• Arabic-speaking clientele experience and UAE/GCC market knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement wedding sales strategies across all cluster hotels.
• Identify and develop new wedding business opportunities in UAE, focusing on Arabic-speaking clients and GCC.
• Engage with wedding planners, event organizers, and partners to generate qualified leads.
• Build relationships with Arabic-speaking clients and key decision-makers through the sales cycle.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups in Arabic and English.
• Promote hotels’ venues, packages, catering, and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare customized wedding proposals based on client preferences and budgets.
• Maintain an active pipeline with timely follow-ups on inquiries and bookings.
• Coordinate with Banqueting, F&B, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, and Operations to execute arrangements.
