Job summary

Novotel Hotels, part of the Accor family, seeks a Cluster Wedding Sales Manager to drive wedding and social events across UAE cluster hotels. You will target Arabic-speaking clients and GCC markets, building relationships with planners and partners to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will lead strategy development, craft customized proposals, and collaborate with Banqueting, F&B, and Operations to ensure flawless execution while achieving sales targets and growth in this dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hotel sales, wedding sales, catering sales, banqueting sales, or event management experience.
• Experience in UAE hospitality market and Arabic-speaking client base is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wedding sales strategies across all cluster hotels to generate business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new UAE wedding market opportunities, focusing on Arabic-speaking clients and GCC clientele.
• Engage with wedding planners, event organizers, and partners to generate qualified leads and bookings.
