Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Cluster Wedding Sales Manager to develop and drive wedding and social event business across assigned cluster hotels in the UAE. The role emphasizes Arabic-speaking clients, wedding planners, and key partners to maximize revenue through customized packages and solutions.

You will build relationships, conduct meetings in Arabic and English, and coordinate with hotel teams to deliver exceptional wedding experiences while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales, wedding sales, catering sales, banqueting sales, or event management.
• Experience in UAE hospitality market and Arabic-speaking clientele highly desirable.
• Strong communication in Arabic and English, with ability to conduct professional negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop wedding sales strategies to generate business across all cluster hotels.
• Identify and develop UAE wedding market opportunities, focusing on Arabic-speaking clients and GCC clientele.
• Engage with wedding planners, event organizers, and partners to generate qualified leads.
• Present tailored wedding proposals, negotiate terms, and close bookings.
• Coordinate with Banqueting, F&B, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, and Operations to execute weddings.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet targets.
