Accor,Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and maximize revenue across corporate, group and MICE segments. The role requires a commercial mindset, market knowledge, and strong relationship-building within the UAE hospitality landscape.

Formación

• Experience as Sales Manager in hospitality, upscale or international-brand hotels.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market with proven corporate, group and MICE sales experience.
• Ability to develop new business, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytics and strategic sales planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential segments to grow the client base.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive corporate, group and MICE business to maximize room revenue and hotel performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, manage corporate agreements and secure profitable opportunities.
• Explore new sales channels and partnerships to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and Operations to align sales activities.
