Job summary

Rubert & Partners in Dubai seeks an Arabic-speaking lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution practice. You will support UAE litigation, commercial disputes, negotiations and drafting, working with the Managing Partner on active matters.

The role requires a qualified UAE lawyer with fluent Arabic and English, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage deadlines while collaborating with clients and local advocates. DIFC/arbitration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified UAE dispute resolution lawyer with relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and legal writing skills in English.
• Experience with UAE Court proceedings and commercial disputes.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial and civil disputes before UAE Courts
• Draft and review memoranda, submissions, correspondence and settlement documentation
• Review Arabic court documents and provide clear summaries and recommendations in English
• Support negotiations and settlement discussions
• Liaise with local advocates, experts, clients and stakeholders
• Legal research and development of case strategy
• Supporting arbitration and DIFC Court matters
• Managing matters proactively and ensuring deadlines and next steps are followed through
