Habib Al Mulla & Partners is seeking a UAE National qualified Associate Lawyer to join our Disputes Practice in Dubai. The candidate should have at least two years post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution and right of audience before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts.

The role emphasizes strong drafting, advocacy, and case management skills, plus fluency in Arabic and English; you will work closely with the Disputes team on a broad range of contentious matters.

Qualifications

• UAE National and qualified lawyer
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Right of audience before UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognised university

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and court submissions
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in managing disputes and litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations; collaborate with team on case strategies
