Astruc & Co is a Dubai-based legal consultancy offering dispute resolution and advisory services across UAE jurisdictions. The Junior Legal Consultant role supports the firm's dispute resolution practice by handling court filings, case documentation, and portal submissions in Arabic and English.

Based in Dubai, the candidate will coordinate with UAE courts and government authorities, manage tenancy-related filings, and assist senior lawyers in case preparation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree (minimum).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as Legal Assistant or Paralegal in the UAE.
• Language: Native Arabic speaker with English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM.
• Attitude: Professional, polite, resourceful, open-minded, detail-oriented, team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit legal documents in Arabic and English.
• Manage case filings and submissions through RDC, Dubai Courts, ADJD, Ministry of Justice, and prosecution systems as required.
• Track case deadlines, maintain organised case files, and ensure timely status updates.
• Support lawyers with case preparation, correspondence, and document drafting.
• Liaise with courts and government authorities on active matters.
• Process tenancy-related documentation through Ejari and Tawtheeq systems.
• Maintain accurate records and flag upcoming deadlines proactively.
