Job summary

Rubert & Partners in Dubai seeks an Arabic-speaking lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution practice. You will support UAE litigation, commercial disputes, negotiations and drafting, working with the Managing Partner on active matters.

The role requires a qualified UAE lawyer with fluent Arabic and English, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage deadlines while collaborating with clients and local advocates. DIFC/arbitration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified UAE dispute resolution lawyer with relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and legal writing skills in English.
• Experience with UAE Court proceedings and commercial disputes.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review memoranda, submissions, correspondence and settlement documentation

Rubert & Partners is looking for an Arabic-speaking lawyer to join our growing Dispute Resolution practice.

We are looking for a hands-on lawyer who can support our team across UAE litigation, commercial disputes, negotiations and legal drafting, working closely with our Managing Partner and dispute resolution team on active matters.

The role will include:

• Assisting with commercial and civil disputes before UAE Courts
• Drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, submissions, correspondence and settlement documentation
• Reviewing Arabic court documents and evidence and providing clear summaries and recommendations in English
• Supportingnegotiations and settlement discussions
• Liaising with local advocates, experts, clients and other stakeholders
• Legal research and development of case strategy
• Supporting arbitration andDIFC Court matters
• Managing matters proactively and ensuring deadlines and next steps are followed through
  

What we are looking for:

• Qualified lawyer with relevant UAE dispute resolution experience
• Fluent Arabic and English are essential, including strong legal drafting skills
• Practical experience with UAE Court proceedings
• Strong analytical and legal research skills
• Commercial and solution-oriented approach to disputes
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and counterparties
• Excellent organisation and follow-up
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team

Previous experience withDIFC Courts and/or arbitration would be a strong advantage.
