Job summary

Habib Al Mulla is seeking a UAE National qualified Associate Lawyer to join its Disputes Practice in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution, and the right of audience before UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts.

• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts.
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and court submissions.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Assist in managing disputes and litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a UAE National qualified Associate Lawyer to join our Disputes Practice. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution, rights of audience before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts, and fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters within a leading UAE law firm.

The Associate will work closely with the Disputes team, supporting a variety of litigation matters and court proceedings. The role requires strong legal drafting, advocacy, and case management skills, as well as the ability to represent clients before the UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts.
