Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced UAE-licensed lawyer to review and manage ongoing legal cases and disputes. You will assess case status, risks, and financial exposure while preparing notices, summaries, and recommendations for leadership.

Coordinate with UAE advocates, courts and authorities; advise on commercial disputes, debt recovery, contracts, and settlements, providing regular updates to the CEO. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent recognized legal qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE litigation procedures and commercial disputes.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential legal matters professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage ongoing legal cases and pending disputes.
• Assess case status, risks, financial exposure, and possible outcomes.
• Prepare legal documents, notices, case summaries, and written recommendations.
• Coordinate with licensed UAE advocates, courts, and relevant authorities.
• Advise on commercial disputes, debt recovery, contracts, and settlements.
