Job summary

Majlis Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest-focused Concierge to provide wakeup calls, assist guests, and coordinate services around the clock. You will handle guest requests, upsell hotel amenities, and direct calls to the appropriate departments with professional etiquette.

The role requires excellent English and preferably Arabic language skills, strong telephone etiquette, and a welcoming, proactive attitude in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Preferably able to speak Arabic.
• Strong telephone etiquette and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide wakeup calls and guest assistance at all times.
• Have knowledge of in-house dining options and menu to answer guest questions.
• Direct external calls to the correct department and upsell hotel amenities.
• Maintain professional etiquette and hotel standards in all interactions.
