Job summary

Uniqus in Dubai is seeking a Manager / Associate Director – Technology Consulting Sales (Arabic Speaker) to drive pipeline and client growth across the Dubai region with a view to expanding into KSA. You will lead relationships with C-level executives, position digitization, transformation, and Oracle ERP/Fusion solutions, and oversee delivery for multiple technology projects.

This role requires deep market insight, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence at executive levels

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology consulting with sales and client growth.
• Strong exposure to Oracle ERP / Fusion preferred.
• Existing network of enterprise accounts in Dubai/KSA.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and executive-level engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive pipeline generation and lead conversion in Dubai, expanding to KSA.
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to position digitization and Oracle solutions.
• Lead delivery for one or more projects, overseeing governance, financials and quality.
• Shape solutions with delivery and practice leads to meet client needs.
