Job summary

UpMan Placements seeks a seasoned Enterprise Technology Sales professional to drive B2B engagements across Dubai and the GCC. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with enterprise clients and closing complex deals.

You will engage with C-level and senior decision-makers, develop new enterprise accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for our growing Arabic-speaking customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise Technology Sales in Dubai or GCC.
• Arabic & English speaking – Arabic is important for engaging our growing Arabic speaking customer base.
• Experience engaging with C-level and senior business/technology decision-makers.
• Ability to develop new enterprise accounts and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Exposure to Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, Managed Services, Integration/API, Data & AI, Cloud or related IT services.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/ GCC enterprise market and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
