Job summary

GMG is seeking a Sales Executive for its Everyday Goods division to manage modern trade accounts, drive sales growth, and build strong client relationships. You will report to the Sales Supervisor and play a key role in meeting targets and delivering exceptional service in the consumer market.

In this role you will visit clients, promote GMG’s product offerings, coordinate with marketing for promotions, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by managing a portfolio of modern trade accounts, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to clients, provide product information, address inquiries, and support clients in placing orders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyzing trends and adjusting strategies to meet targets.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Process orders accurately in the CRM system and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Resolve client issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on GMG’s products and market trends.
