The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Arabic), highly organized, client-focused, with experience in onboarding, UAE visa processes, and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in onboarding, HR operations, outsourcing, or employee coordination is required.
• Strong understanding of UAE visa and onboarding processes is preferred.
• Exposure to payroll coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; fast learner with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for outsourced employees.
• Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and induction sessions.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and maintain HR records; assist employees with queries.
