Terracotta is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join its UAE outsourcing division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, client coordination, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Arabic, with experience in onboarding or HR operations and a strong understanding of UAE visa processes. This onsite full-time position prefers immediate joiners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in onboarding, HR operations, outsourcing, or employee coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of UAE visa and onboarding processes preferred.
• Exposure to payroll coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for outsourced employees.
• Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and induction sessions.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients regarding onboarding updates and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, Emirates ID, medicals, and related formalities.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administration.
