Terracotta, a leading outsourcing and recruitment services provider in the UAE, seeks a White Collar HR Operations Specialist (Arabic Speaker) for onsite Abu Dhabi.

You will manage employee onboarding, client coordination, payroll inputs, and HR administration, ensuring a smooth joining process from offer to first day.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, with prior onboarding or payroll coordination experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in onboarding, HR operations, outsourcing, or employee coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of UAE visa and onboarding processes.
• Exposure to payroll coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction for outsourced employees.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documents, and induction sessions with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding updates and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, Emirates ID, medicals and related formalities.
• Support monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, new joiners and settlements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
