Job summary

Terracotta in Abu Dhabi is hiring an HR Specialist for onboarding, offboarding and employee relations, Arabic speaker. You will manage end-to-end onboarding for outsourced staff, coordinate joining formalities and inductions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires fluent English and Arabic, strong client coordination, and hands-on payroll and HR administration support, with onsite full-time work in Abu Dhabi and immediate joining preference.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic mandatory.
• Previous experience in onboarding, HR operations, outsourcing, or employee coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of UAE visa and onboarding processes preferred.
• Exposure to payroll coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for outsourced employees.
• Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and inductions sessions.
• Ensure a smooth employee onboarding experience from offer acceptance to joining.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients regarding onboarding updates and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate requirements, joining schedules, and employee documentation with clients.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, Emirates ID, medicals and related formalities.
• Liaise with internal PRO teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Track visa status and maintain accurate records.
• Support monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, new joiners, and final settlements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Assist with employee queries related to onboarding, payroll, and HR processes.
