Qualifications

• Previous experience in office support, hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of pantry, reception, and meeting rooms.
• Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to staff and VIP guests.
• Support logistics and setup for board meetings and high-level internal events.
• Replenish hospitality supplies and manage basic admin/logistics support.
• Ensure a warm, professional and guest-focused atmosphere at all times.
• Act as Workplace Experience Champion by identifying ways to elevate comfort, service standards and ambiance in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.
• Delivers a high-touch hospitality experience for VIP guests and visitors.
• Support meeting and event hosting, guest engagement, meeting room readiness and workplace hospitality services.
• Acts as a Workplace Experience ambassador and ensures an exceptional guest journey.
