Qualifications

• Experience with UAE banks or collection agencies is required.
• Familiarity with credit products and settlement processes.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory; Arabic speaking is essential.
• Empathetic, professional, discreet handling client financial stress.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for tailored solutions.
• Organizational skills; accurate documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial assessments, analyze debts, and design tailored repayment plans.
• Negotiate with banks to obtain better terms, consolidation options and settlements.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and guide budgeting and cash flow management.
• Offer practical coaching to reduce financial exposure and improve credit standing.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare documents for closures and clearance.
• Ensure timely follow-up to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
