Job summary

Cedar in Dubai is seeking a Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join client engagements from day one, working on strategy, delivery and analysis for financial services clients in the Middle East.

You will collaborate with Engagement Managers and senior leadership, develop materials, and build structured models while advancing knowledge of the GCC market and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record in business, economics, finance, engineering or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage but not required.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting or financial services.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data and models.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Research & analysis to support client engagements and market insights.
• Develop and present client-facing deliverables with guidance from leaders.
• Structure findings and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client workshops and maintain professional client interactions.
• Demonstrate curiosity and contribute to knowledge base on financial services.
