Job summary

Amana is seeking a Marketing CRM Executive to join our growing marketing team, driving data-driven customer experiences across channels. You will plan and optimize CRM campaigns, build and manage customer journeys, and translate insights into action to engage the right customers at the right time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive action.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and content cards.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests across messaging, subject lines, templates, and other elements.
• Build and optimize HTML/CSS-based campaign content for multiple devices.
• Build, manage, and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns in the CRM platform.
• Maintain accurate campaign data, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and other teams to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
• Ensure all communications follow industry standards, compliance, and CRM best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
