Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks an Attendant for Aquaventure to ensure flawless cabana operations and guest experiences. You will maintain cabanas, towels, and guest buggies, while coordinating with Facilities, F&B and Housekeeping to deliver 5-star service.

Qualifications

• High school level studies completed.
• 1 year of experience in hospitality or related studies.
• English communication skills are above average.

Responsibilities

• Attend to duties on time in correct uniform and grooming standards.
• Support with daily checks and maintenance of beach, cabanas and bugies.
• Coordinate with Facilities, F&B and Housekeeping to ensure 5-star cabana service.
• Operate Aquaventure Guest Cabanas and towel cabanas to ATP standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, safety procedures and daily reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of guest areas throughout the day.
• Assist guests with recreational requests and emergencies as needed.
