Kerzner International’s Atlantis Dubai resort is seeking a Communications Attendant to maintain open lines of communication during daily operations of the waterpark and hotel beach and pool facilities. You will be the main contact between operations staff and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Communications Attendants are responsible for maintaining open lines of communications during the daily operations of the waterpark and hotel beach and pool facilities. They are the main point of contact between operations staff and all other department required to work in and around the marine and waterpark facility.

About the Role

The Communications attendant’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining inventory of all radios
• Logging of all radio calls during the daily operation
• Assisting with lifeguard equipment inventories
• Preparation of the daily lifeguard rotation system
• HR administration duties in relation to attendance
• Logging of all service interruptions during the course of the daily operation
• Perform any and all tasks as assigned by your supervisors necessary for the operation of the park.
• Other assigned duties necessitated by operational demand.
