You will engage prospects, validate needs, book meetings for the sales team, maintain CRM records, and nurture warm leads to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in telemarketing/inside sales/appointment setting (B2B preferred).
• Confident phone manner with clear English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable with targets, scripting, and basic objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect lists and inbound leads; run quick discovery to qualify needs and interest.
• Book appointments and demos for the sales team; coordinate calendars and confirmations.
• Send follow-up emails/WhatsApps, share brochures/proposals, and nudge prospects to next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (status, notes, next step/date) and daily activity logs.
• Nurture warm leads with periodic check-ins and value messages (offers, webinars, updates).
• Handle basic objection management and escalate when needed.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets (calls, talk time, meetings set, show rate).
• Share feedback from prospects to improve scripts, offers, and targeting.
