Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support application users by receiving issues and requests, investigate and resolve them, and provide progress updates.
• Analyze software functionality and suggest improvements.
• Ensure front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
