Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks an IT Senior Operations & Support Engineer - Database and Integration to analyze, support, and resolve complex incidents across Emirates Group Systems. You will monitor performance, participate in problem management, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of information technology experience.
• Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent) required.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities

• Address Level 1 and 2 incidents for Emirates Group Systems with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose issues.
• Utilise ITSM tools to manage incidents, assets, and changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Contribute to automation of incident response tools.
• Support observability platforms to monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
