Job summary

Emirates Group IT seeks an IT Senior Operations & Support Engineer - Database and Integration in Dubai. You will analyse, support, and resolve complex incidents, working with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and improve service levels.

You will monitor systems, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to automation and knowledge sharing while following ITIL practices in a 24/7 on-call environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with Oracle databases and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Address Level 1 and 2 incidents for Emirates Group Systems with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Utilise ITSM tools to manage incidents, problems, assets and changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and automate incident response for efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
